Your Property Partner

Ecoweald was founded in 2023 after Dom completed his Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy giving him the ability to produce Energy Performance Certificates.

 

Currently studying a Masters Degree in Building Surveying, Dom has started to expand Ecoweald to offer more services to property owners in the South East of England. 

 

Based in Tunbridge Wells, but covering the local area, Dom and the team are here to support you with all things related to property.

Our Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors can undertake your EPC check so you can find out ways to improve your energy costs.

Portable Appliance Testing

PAT testing ensures that any electrical devices that are supplied to workers, tenants or holiday home guests are safe to use.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports

Recommended every 5 years at a minimum for landlords, our electricians are available to test your electrical installations.
